Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements to translate into functional specifications for system enhancements and fixes
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and offshore development teams to ensure clarity and alignment on technical solutions
- Create user stories, workflows, process diagrams, and system documentation to support development and QA efforts
- Conduct functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate deliverables
- Identify and recommend opportunities for product and process improvement based on support trends and user feedback
- Prioritize incoming issues and requests
- Assist with training material development and user education as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4 years of experience in business analysis, technical support, or a similar role in a software development environment
- Proven experience communicating effectively between business users and development teams
- Experience working with offshore teams and navigating time zone differences
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Knowledge of the insurance claims or adjusting industry is a plus
- Comfortable handling and resolving customer support phone calls
- Salary: $75,000-$90,000 annually
