EMT

**Job Overview:**

AllCare Medical Transport is seeking dependable and motivated EMTs to join our growing team. EMTs are responsible for providing safe, high-quality medical care and transportation to patients throughout Flagler and the surrounding counties.

We are currently hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. Compensation ranges from $21 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and overall expertise.

We offer a variety of shift options, although our greatest need is for evening, night, and overnight coverage.

**Responsibilities:**

• Respond to emergency calls to provide medical assistance and transportation to patients
• Assess patients' conditions and provide appropriate medical treatment
• Safely operate ambulance vehicles and adhere to all traffic laws
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient care records
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical personnel
• Keep equipment and supplies stocked and in working order
• Follow all company policies and procedures

**Requirements:**

• Valid EMT certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends if available
