Caregiver: Weekends 2pm to 10pm

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and responsible Caregiver to provide support to an individual during weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will assist with light housekeeping, accompany the individual on community outings (such as trips to the mall and grocery store), and provide timely medication reminders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with light housekeeping duties (e.g., tidying up, laundry, light meal prep)
  
• Accompany and support the individual on outings in the community (e.g., shopping, mall, grocery store)
  
• Provide friendly companionship and promote independence
  
• Offer medication reminders as scheduled
  
• Ensure safety and comfort at all times
  
• Maintain clear and respectful communication with the individual and family

Requirements:

• Two valid forms of identification
  
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
  
• Negative TB (tuberculosis) test result
  
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
  
• Ability to work independently and follow care instructions
  
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (preferred)
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Must be dependable and punctual
  
• Ability to pass a background check
