We are seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to join a 2:1 support service supporting an adult female client with Cerebral Palsy. The client requires 24/7 supervision and cannot be left alone. She values her independence and appreciates caregivers who are respectful, patient, and attentive.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with Hoyer lift transfers (2-person assist).
- Prepare meals based on the client's preferences.
- Provide companionship and engage in conversation.
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Walk and care for the client's two small dogs.
- Support morning and evening routines, including shower assistance on scheduled days.
- Encourage participation in prescribed home exercises.
- Accompany or support the client's independence with appointments as directed.
- Provide medication assistance by handing medications within reach when needed.
- Document care and report concerns according to agency policy.
Requirements:
- CPT First Aid
- Live Scan
- Negative TB test within last two years
Salary : $18 - $21
