Job Summary
We are looking for a full-time/part-time licensed pharmacy technician for a health center based pharmacy in Humboldt Park.
Specific Responsibilities:
>Perform everyday pharmacy functions including data entry, order fulfillment and dispensing
>Strive to increase business with superior and consistent patient care
>Maintain and improve work flow
>Perform all general responsibilities as applicable to a community pharmacy technician position
Job Requirements:
>Experience in retail pharmacy as a technician is preferred
>Pharmacy Technician license required, certification a plus
>Must be fluent in reading and writing Spanish and English
>Should be dependable, self-directed and motivated to contribute to improve patient care
>Must have good organization skills and be able to multi-task
>Excellent communication skills with customers and other healthcare professionals
>Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft word, etc. . .) necessary
>Available to work various shifts including 2 evening shifts (till 7:30PM) per week and every other Saturday
