Role Overview We are seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join our team and provide psychiatric care to residents in assisted living communities. This role involves a combination of in-facility patient visits and telehealth consultations. We prefer candidates who have an established outpatient clinic or private practice, as this role is designed to complement your existing schedule. This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage psychiatric conditions for residents in assisted living communities
- Conduct in-facility patient visits and telehealth consultations
- Collaborate with our care team including PMHNPs, primary care providers, and facility staff
- Participate in case reviews and care coordination
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
- MD or DO with active California medical license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Preference for candidates with an established clinic or private practice
- Active DEA license
- Medicare credentialing preferred
- Experience working in outpatient or senior care settings
- Flexible scheduling to complement your existing practice

Compensation Annual compensation range: $218,000 – $265,000, based on experience and level of involvement. This is a 1099 independent contractor role and does not require full-time commitment.
