What You’ll Do
You’re not just selling HVAC systems — you’re creating comfort solutions.
You’ll:
Meet homeowners in person to design custom heating and cooling solutions that fit their needs.
Turn warm leads and service calls into loyal, lifelong customers.
Deliver engaging, professional in-home presentations (no cold calling marathons here!).
Offer financing, explain promotions, and make sure every homeowner feels informed and confident.
Follow up after installations to ensure a five-star experience — and earn those referral bonuses!
Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and marketing teams to make every install seamless.
What Makes You a Great Fit
2 years of sales experience (retail, in-home, or commission-based preferred).
You’re driven, self-motivated, and love setting (and smashing) goals.
Excellent communication and follow-through — you build trust fast.
Professional appearance and a people-first attitude.
Comfortable working flexible hours (evenings/weekends when customers are home).
Ready to climb ladders, crawl attics, or walk rooftops when needed — because comfort starts at the source!
