Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable person in the Creve Coeur/Maryland Heights area to be trained to clean in the Creve Coeur/ Maryland Heights area. We have 2 facilities that are approximately 10 minutes away from each other. Each facility will need to be cleaned every Tuesday and Friday. Each facility takes about 2 hours per night to clean for a total of 4 hours per night - 8 hours per week. We clean these facilities after they have closed for the day, so the start time is flexible because you may clock in anytime between 5:00pm and 8:00pm on your scheduled evenings to clean. Starting pay is $15 per hour.
General Responsibilities
Learn and then competently handle the security procedures for opening and closing offices.
Competently clean professional offices and medical exam rooms, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal in a reasonable amount of time, using Allbright Systems training on best practices/ processes for cleaning.
Observe levels of cleaning chemicals and supplies, and report needs for restocking to management in a timely manner.
Diligently review the Customer’s notes and Customer feedback in the on-site Allbright Systems “Red Book”, and communicate back to management as required.
Qualifications
Must have reliable transportation/ own vehicle for transportation to the customer location.
Must live 20 minutes or less from locations.
Must be physically fit enough to conduct standard cleaning procedures including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must be a US citizen or have I-9 legal qualification to work in the US.
Must be comfortable working without direct supervision on site
Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
