Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Painter to join our production team. This is a full-time, in-house position for someone who takes pride in their work, values professionalism, and is committed to delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior painting projects
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, and priming
- Protect customer property and maintain clean job sites
- Apply paints, stains, and coatings according to company standards
- Communicate effectively with project managers and team members
- Maintain company equipment and tools
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
- 2 years of residential painting experience (required)
- Ability to work on ladders and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Reliable transportation to designated meeting locations
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus

Pay: $150.00 - $250.00 per day
