We're experiencing significant growth in our AllBooked segment, making it an exciting time to join the AllBooked team.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a tech-savvy, motivated, relationship-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team for this hybrid role (2-3x a week onsite in Boston). The Business Development Representative will identify and qualify new business opportunities, develop relationships with potential customers, and drive sales growth. Our approach is based around displaying the value of our product in a professional, relaxed and helpful manner, and allowing the product to sell itself. In this role you will:Speak with a diverse set of prospective clients across many industriesGenerate qualified opportunities for our New Business team from both inbound and outbound leadsComplete 75 prospecting activities per day including calls, emails, and social touchpointsGain expertise in the space management industry and serve as a subject matter expert for prospectsProvide valuable field feedback to Sales Leadership from your effortsQualifications for this role:1 year of experience in a high-volume Business Development positionStrong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build relationships with potential customersExcellent organizational and time management skillsExperience managing both inbound and outbound leadsKnowledge of sales and marketing principlesPrior experience working for a tech startup or a similar environment is highly preferred, particularly with SMB and Annual Contract Values (ACVs) below $10k per monthSaaS workflow experience and strong technical skills with an entrepreneurial mindsetBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldKnowledge of the space management industry is a plusBenefitsCompetitive salary, benefits package, and paid time offFlexible schedule Creative and collaborative work environmentDirect exposure to the leadership team across departmentsBe empowered to leave a significant mark on the product and the customersAbout UsWe're an international team from 20 countries with a growing presence in Boston.
