- No estimating grind. Our Senior Estimator handles scoping, writing, and carrier agreements.
- No materials chaos. A Material Selection Coordinator guides clients and orders materials (you approve).
- You focus on production: schedules, subs, budgets, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Run multiple reconstruction projects on time, on budget, on scope.
- Keep files fully documented; job statuses current in carrier-facing platforms.
- Communicate proactively with homeowners, subs, and internal teams.
- Approve selections, coordinate deliveries, drive inspections, and close out clean.
- Hold trades accountable to schedule, safety, and quality.
- Follow the approved scope—build exactly to Xactimate/CoreLogic line items.
- Detail-obsessed (notes, photos, updates—complete and on time).
- A time-management pro (plan ahead, prioritize, execute).
- Reliable, hungry, results-driven (you finish right, not just fast).
- Strong construction/restoration PM background; fluent with budgets, scopes, and schedules.
- Able to read Xactimate and CoreLogic scopes (or you can learn fast and prove it).
- Tech-savvy with project platforms; a steady communicator who keeps people informed and calm.
- Base: $50,000–$83,000 DOE performance bonuses.
