Service Advisor – Light Duty Diesel
Allatoona Diesel is looking for a knowledgeable, customer-focused Service Advisor to be the face of our company. This role is ideal for someone who understands light-duty diesel trucks and can confidently communicate with customers while keeping our shop running efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and build trust through excellent customer service.
- Write accurate repair orders and clearly explain recommended repairs and costs.
- Handle difficult conversations professionally and confidently.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are communicated accurately.
- Order parts, organize jobs, and manage workflow using shop software.
- Learn new computer programs quickly and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Experience with light-duty diesel trucks (Power Stroke, Cummins, and Duramax preferred).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Confident, professional, and able to lead conversations.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using computers and online systems.

Schedule & Benefits
- Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Four-day work week with three-day weekends.
- Overtime is not expected.
