Senior Software Developer (AI Projects)

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help shape and scale a strategic, AI-driven internal product. This role goes beyond hands-on development — we are seeking a senior technologist who can combine deep engineering expertise with architectural thinking and product-level impact. The ideal candidate brings 10 years of experience building and evolving complex systems across multiple technology stacks. While experience in .NET or Java is preferred, we value engineers who are language-agnostic, adaptable, and comfortable navigating diverse technical environments. • Contribute to the technical strategy and architectural direction of an AI-driven product
• Design and build scalable, resilient, and maintainable systems
• Partner with Product and Business stakeholders to align engineering decisions with company objectives
• Work across multiple languages and frameworks as required by evolving product needs
• Drive technical improvements, optimization, and innovation initiatives
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineering peers
• Support the continuous evolution of AI-powered capabilities within the platform

• 10 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as .NET, Java, Python, or Go
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple technology stacks
• Strong foundation in system design, distributed systems, and scalable architecture
• Exposure to AI/ML-powered applications or demonstrated interest in AI-driven product development

• Strategic thinker with the ability to connect engineering decisions to business impact
• Strong leadership presence and ability to influence without formal authority
• High adaptability and learning agility in fast-evolving environments
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills
