Allan Briteway Electrical Utility Contractors, Inc is seeking a qualified Electrical Construction Safety Manager capable of handling multiple accounts primarily in New Jersey as well as gaining solid relationships with new customers.

Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years direct construction safety experience a must
- CSP or CHST Certification
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in relative fields
- OSHA 500
- NFPA 70 E knowledge/certification
- Advance knowledge of construction safety 29 CFR.1926 & 29 CFR.1910 standards
- Hazwoper 40 is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must
- CSP or CHST Certification a must

Key Responsibilities:
- Update/create the company’s safety policy’s as well as our corporate HASP.
- Maintain safe conditions for people and property.
- Investigate to prevent accidents. Update/modify existing JHA file for site specific tasks.
- Manage all injuries/treatment documentation.
- Maintain OSHA Logs, Recordkeeping & Postings.
- Analyze risks quarterly.
- Sit in on pre-construction/kick off meetings.
- Handle emergency responses.
- Complete monthly audits of all sites.
- Orchestrate monthly safety meeting via Teams.
- Create lessons learned for jobsite incidents and share with all sites for their weekly toolbox.
- Create and facilitate annual/required training for employees, including office staff.
- Maintain/update rosters for certifications for reference and audit.
- Mentor, coach and engage with employees.
Software Knowledge:
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
