- Oversee the EVS department: Manage and supervise a team of EVS staff to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility.
- Develop and implement: Create and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents and staff.
- Monitor and maintain: Regularly inspect and maintain all areas of the facility, including patient rooms, common areas, and equipment, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
- Collaborate with departments: Work closely with other departments, including nursing, dietary, and administration, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Maintain records and reports: Accurately maintain records and reports on EVS activities, including cleaning schedules, supply usage, and staff training.
- Experience: 3 years of experience as an EVS Director
