Neuro Physical Therapist- Full-Time or PRN
Location: Allaire Rehab and Nursing
Salary range: $40-$60/hr

What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for residents with neurological impairments
- Address a range of needs including mobility, strengthening, coordination, balance, pain and contracture management
- Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care
- Document and track progress toward measurable goals in accordance with regulatory standards
- Support and educate residents, families, and caregivers on their plan of care and therapy goals
- Valid Physical Therapy License in the state of NJ
- Current CPR certification
- Passion for working with a neurologically impaired young adult population
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply - mentorship available
