AQMM Tech Team Leader

ALL4’s Air Quality Modeling and Monitoring (AQMM) Tech Team is seeking a Tech Team Leader. The AQMM Tech Team Leader will serve as the subject matter expert under the Air Practice. This individual will actively seek opportunities to increase ALL4’s visibility through technical presentations and other venues and is responsible for developing and executing on a vision for expanding services and driving existing and new business revenues. Our Tech Team is committed to furthering our vision as a globally recognized consulting company shaping environmental responsibility and creating distinction for employees, clients, and partners. It is preferable to have this individual work at an ALL4 office; however, working remotely can be discussed as an option contingent on experience.

Requirements

Technical Expertise:

• Demonstrates broad and specific subject matter expertise in air quality modeling and ambient monitoring.
• Ability to prepare and execute the high-level technical work individually, with the capacity to direct others on how to do the same.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge that allows for a nuanced understanding of air quality modeling and ambient monitoring beyond what would be apparent to an entry level employee.
• Build effective teams and enrolls members, as necessary. Can communicate all facets of day-to-day work within air quality modeling and ambient monitoring to both internal teams and clients.
• Educates the company on subject matter’s obligations and considerations of existing clients and prospects.
• Responsible for defining and suggesting actions that ALL4 can take to expand revenue within projects.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with regulatory organizations and industry technical experts/peers.
• Provides technical interpretation, review, and strategic analysis of federal, state, and local regulations for clients.
• Engages with senior resources to ensure best decision-making practices for complicated issues with high visibility and ALL4/client liability.
• Prepares and presents conference papers and/or presentations.
• Consistently and reliably meets or exceeds utilization and profit targets.
• Works closely with ALL4’s Growth Team to develop opportunities with new and existing clients nationally.

Effective Project Management:

• Develops technical approach and cost assumptions for proposals and scope of work documents to attain project work.
• Defines and implements air quality modeling and ambient monitoring project plan(s) and schedule(s) to meet contract requirements.
• Utilizes ALL4 project management support systems to ensure project profitability and to satisfy client deliverable and scope of work requirements.
• Manages ALL4’s ambient monitoring equipment inventory.
• Manages air quality modeling software licenses and cloud-based modeling system. 
• Assumes technical responsibility and maintains routine and timely communication with all internal and external project participants.
• Assists with management of the overall designated technical team.
• Plans, organizes, and executes projects while serving as clients’ primary point of contact.
• Ensures project compliance with ALL4 Quality Assurance guidelines.
• Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
• Will be required to coordinate staff.
• Manages or leads field projects as necessary.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
• Collaborate with business units across company to drive existing and new content through various channels.
• Maintain a consistent corporate brand throughout all marketing and promotional materials and product lines.
• Hire, train, supervise, motivate, and develop marketing staff; manage schedules and workflow.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications 

• Science or applicable engineering degree and collective experiences equivalent to 10 years of consulting or industry experience in technical subject matter.
• Expert level knowledge in assessing, managing, and implementing turnkey projects and programs.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow proactively.
• Mechanical aptitude and effective problem resolution and consultative skills combined with the ability to delegate successfully.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong document production skills and technical writing ability.
