Duties
Responsible for electrical, mechanical, HVAC , Plumbing repair , basic Handy man skills
- Manage projects related to facilities upgrades, repairs, or installations with a focus on safety standards and budget adherence.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized services
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, incident reports, and asset conditions to support continuous improvement efforts.
Experience
- Proven property management experience overseeing facilities and handling each repair for multi units .
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in plumbing , HVAC , electrical repair
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively coordinate with tenants and management
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
