Carpenter / Laborer

We're looking for a Skilled Carpenter who's ready to bring experience, pride, and leadership to our team.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled carpentry work including framing, decking, trim, doors, windows, siding, and general repairs
• Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine measurements and materials
• Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to company quality standards
• Collaborate with team members, foremen, and project managers to execute daily tasks
• Maintain a clean and safe job site and comply with all safety procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of carpentry experience (residential or light commercial preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
• Ability to read and interpret plans accurately
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Must be punctual, professional, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Basic math and measurement skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with framing, decking, finish work, or remodeling
• Familiarity with other trades (electrical, plumbing, etc.) a plus
• Ability to lead or train apprentices

Pay: $ $32.00 per hour
