What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead HVAC Residential Installer position at All Year Cooling & Heating, Inc.?
A minimum of 5 years of experience installing equipment in residential or light commercial applications. Service, maintenance, and sales knowledge is a PLUS. You must have a valid driver's license, essential hand tools, a positive attitude, and be drug-free. A lead installer is responsible for working hands-on with their team while instructing and providing guidance to execute a professional installation job.
