Job Summary

Team Member - All World Pickleball

$14.00 – $16.00 per hour

Expected Schedule

Morning Shift

· 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Evening Shift

· 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

· Available throughout the week, including weekends

Note – During tournaments and special events shifts may vary

Position Summary

The Team Member is responsible for delivering an exceptional member and guest experience while maintaining a clean, safe, organized, and welcoming facility. Team Member play a critical role in daily operations by assisting with check-ins, managing open play paddle stacks, maintaining facility cleanliness, restocking inventory, and ensuring all members enjoy a world-class pickleball experience.

Hospitality is at the core of All World Pickle’s culture. Every Floor Attendant is expected to provide outstanding customer service while taking pride in maintaining the facility to the highest standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesMember & Guest Experience

· Greet all members and guests with a positive and welcoming attitude.

· Assist members with questions regarding facility amenities, programs, memberships, and events.

· Direct guests to courts, lounges and other facility amenities.

· Help create a friendly and inclusive environment for all players.

. Get trained on pro shop and sell pro shop items

Open Play Management

· Manage paddle stacks and player rotations during Open Play sessions.

· Ensure Open Play runs fairly and efficiently.

· Assist players with understanding Open Play procedures.

· Communicate court assignments and rotations clearly.

Court & Facility Maintenance

· Vacuum all carpeted areas throughout the facility.

· Clean front desk areas and reception spaces.

· Clean entry glass doors and windows.

· Clean lounge areas and event rooms.

· Clean and organize seating areas.

· Mop floors when necessary.

· Maintain clean courts and surrounding court areas.

· Empty humidifiers according to facility procedures.

Restroom Maintenance

· Scrub toilets and urinals.

· Clean sinks, counters, and mirrors.

· Refill hand soap dispensers.

· Refill paper towels and tissue supplies.

· Mop restroom floors.

· Ensure restrooms remain clean and stocked throughout the shift.

Inventory & Restocking

· Restock snacks and beverages as needed.

· Organize refrigerators and display areas.

· Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.

· Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries.

Trash & General Cleaning

· Empty trash cans throughout the facility.

· Replace trash liners as required.

· Pick up litter inside and outside the facility.

· Maintain a clean and organized appearance in all public spaces.

Safety & Facility Standards

· Report maintenance issues immediately.

· Identify and address potential safety hazards.

· Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.

· Assist with emergency situations when required.

Qualifications

· Strong customer service skills along with pickleball knowledge

· Positive attitude and professional appearance.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· Reliable and punctual.

· Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

· Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

· Evening and weekend availability preferred.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
