All Western Mortgage is seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Training Associate to support onboarding, system training, and continuous employee development across the organization.
This role is ideal for a hands-on training professional who thrives in a fast-paced mortgage environment and enjoys collaborating with Sales, Operations, IT, and Leadership. The ideal candidate has experience delivering live training, building structured learning content, managing new hire tracking, and working within Learning Management Systems and CRM platforms.
Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role. The Learning & Development Specialist facilitates live virtual and in-person training sessions for new hires and existing employees, delivering system training on CRM platforms, Loan Origination Systems (Encompass preferred), and internal tools.
This role supports onboarding programs to ensure new hires are confident and productive from day one. The position creates and maintains engaging training materials, including presentations, job aids, process guides, and LMS courses, while building and updating structured learning paths for Sales and Operations teams and supporting ongoing enhancements to the Learning Management System (LMS).
Additionally, the role manages new hire training schedules and completion tracking, monitors attendance, engagement, and compliance requirements, generates reports on training metrics and effectiveness, and maintains audit-ready training documentation. The Learning & Development Specialist partners closely with Sales leadership, Operations managers, and IT to identify training needs, align learning initiatives with operational goals and system updates, and provide post-training support and reinforcement as needed.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Mortgage Operations, or a related field
- Experience facilitating live training sessions
- Hands-on experience with a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Bonzo preferred)
- Experience with Encompass or similar Loan Origination Systems strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of mortgage processes (Sales, Processing, Compliance) is a plus
- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
