What are the responsibilities and job description for the Telecommuncations Construction Manager position at All West Communications?
We are looking for a Construction Manager with telecommunications experience who is willing to travel between Utah, Wyoming, and Idaho. The successful candidate will be able to drive projects, is a great communicator, self-directed, quality-focused, and detail oriented.
Responsibilities
This position will support All West Fiber through managing new construction work, driving construction projects to completion, maintaining cable, coax and fiber plant, and servicing construction vehicles and equipment.
Key Essential Functions and Duties
- Performs construction work for the purpose of ensuring the company is able to provide the technology and services desired by customers
- Communication with points of contact as needed
- Maintains construction vehicles, and equipment for the purpose of ensuring operations occur in a timely, efficient, and effective manner
- Manages the Construction Department and its employees for the purpose of ensuring the work is done in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintains records for the purpose of ensuring sufficient documentation exists for the company to manage its resources effectively
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma, required
- Five or more years of telecommunications experience, required
- Five or more years of construction experience, required
- A valid CDL Class A driver’s license and a good driving record, required
