What You'll Do
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners who have requested information about our products and services, helping them find the best solutions for their homes.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct professional in-home consultations with qualified homeowners
- Assess homeowner needs and recommend customized home improvement solutions
- Present premium replacement windows, bathroom remodeling, and metal roofing products
- Explain financing options and current promotions
- Build trust through a consultative, customer-focused sales approach
- Overcome objections and confidently close sales
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from consultation through contract
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of sales experience preferred (in-home, outside sales, or high-ticket sales)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident presentation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
- Coachable with a desire for continuous improvement
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for evening and weekend appointments as needed
