All Weather Products has served the Tri-State area since 1979. We're a veteran-owned company with an established brand, a proven sales process, and a full pipeline of pre-set appointments. This is an in-home sales role — no cold calling, no prospecting on your own dime.
What We Sell Screen rooms, patio covers, and sunrooms ranging from $6K–$20K . Most projects are completed in a single day, which makes for a straightforward, low-friction close.
Compensation
- Paid training period with base commission
- Transition to 10% commission on all closed sales
- Consistent producers earn six figures
- Growth path into a Sales & Operations role with salary commission for the right person
What a Typical Week Looks Like
- 3–5 pre-set, qualified homeowner appointments
- In-home presentations using a structured sales process
- Collaborative team environment with back-office support
Who This Is For You're a sales professional who's comfortable running your own schedule, building trust with homeowners, and closing five-figure projects. A background in construction, home improvement, or trades is an advantage — our projects involve real technical details and homeowners appreciate a rep who knows the product. Prior in-home sales experience is a plus, not a requirement.
