Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As the first point of contact, you will use your stellar communication skills to represent All Weather by assisting clients with inquiries and appointment scheduling. Your interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively support our field technicians and collaborate with your teammates. This is a dynamic, data-driven position where your performance directly contributes to the success of the business and will be recognized accordingly.

Responsibilities:

· Answer inbound calls with professionalism and a customer-focused mindset.

· Identify and resolve customer concerns.

· Set up new customer profiles and ensure that client information remains accurate and up to date.

· Schedule sales and service appointments for the field team and follow up with appointment confirmations.

· Maintain detailed records of client interactions including service requests and feedback.

· Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.

· Work with vendors to obtain materials and information.

· Proactively seek opportunities to improve both customer experience and customer satisfaction.

· Multi-task efficiently between phone calls, data entry, and other assigned tasks.

· Contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

· Exceptional customer service skills, displaying empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Organized with a keen attention to detail.

· Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

· Self-motivated to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

· Willingness to ask questions and step out of your comfort zone.

· Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint is a plus.
