All Ways Towing is hiring a part time dispatcher for a fast paced towing company. Experience preferred but will train. This job is not an at home position. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background. Must be computer efficient and be able to multitask
- Hours needed are 2nd shift Sat-Sun 2 pm- 10 pm and Mon, Thurs and Fri 5 PM-10 PM (31 hrs. total).
- Must be able to train a min of 2 wks M-F 9 AM-4 PM and some Saturdays

- Responsibilities
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and team members via multi-line phone systems, ensuring clear and professional phone etiquette.
- Monitor driver activities
- Organize and coordinate calls to meet ETA's efficiently.
- Skills
- Effective communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally.
- Strong typing skills for efficient data entry and record keeping.
- Knowledge of Charleston and surrounding areas
