Responsibilities:
- Responsible for cleanliness and care of All Ways Organic vehicle
- Recommend additional services where appropriate
- Uphold all company values, policies, and procedures
- Productively and safely move furniture to prepare the home for cleaning
- Carry all cleaning tools to the truck before departure from the customer’s home
- Able to handle floor/upholstery cleaning machinery & equipment
- Perform carpet cleaning services for residential and commercial clients
- Use specialized equipment and cleaning solutions to remove stains, dirt, and odors from carpets
- Vacuum, spot clean, and clean carpets to ensure a thorough and high-quality clean
- Inspect carpets for damage or wear and report any issues to the supervisor
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary
- Provide customer with a receipt and secure payment for service
- Complete assigned projects in a timely manner—assure complete customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Complete required paperwork on a daily and weekly basis
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner
Experience:
- Previous experience in carpet cleaning or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of environmental services, floor care, buffing, and custodial duties is a plus
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and techniques is beneficial
- Ability to operate carpet cleaning equipment and tools effectively
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Job Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- Able to lift 75 lbs. and climb a flight of stairs
- Customer-oriented
- Willing to learn and follow company systems
- Self-motivated, able to work with little supervision
- Honest and reliable
- Drug-free
- Driver's license with clean record
