About the Role
We’re a growing, established moving company serving Eastern North Carolina and Delaware, and we’re looking for a motivated Moving Consultant to handle inbound leads and help customers plan smooth, stress-free moves.
This position is primarily office-based, which allows for better collaboration, and consistency. However, part-time remote work may be available.
No cold calling—this role focuses on inbound leads and follow-ups.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries
- Qualify customer needs and provide accurate moving estimates
- Schedule moves and communicate details clearly with operations
- Follow up on open quotes to close bookings
- Maintain organized customer notes and job details
- Provide a professional, high-quality customer experience
Requirements
-Sales or customer service experience (moving industry experience is a must
- Strong phone and communication skills
-Comfortable with computers, Smart Moving software
-Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
-Local to Eastern NC or Delaware preferred
-Ability to work in-office (with potential part-time remote flexibility)
