What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mover/Driver/Foreman position at All Ways Moving NC?
Drivers ONLY - Valid Driver's License required clean MVR report. Have to be 21y old to be approved by Insurance Provider.
AWM Est2009 Inc, known as All Ways Moving NC is looking for motivated Box Truck Drivers with moving experience to join our team. All Ways Moving is a family-owned moving company serving Jacksonville NC, Crystal Coast and surrounding areas. We are a professional moving company managed by people who have worked in the moving industry 15 years. Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a box truck for the purpose of transporting and delivering household goods
- Load and unload items from the truck using appropriate equipment or manual labor
- Perform heavy lifting and physical labor as required
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers and addressing any concerns or issues
- Follow NC state guidelines regarding BOL and related paperwork. Complete paperwork and collect payment using the app.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while operating vehicles and handling goods
- Maintaining both a professional appearance and attitude as the direct point of contact on-site for customers
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Have to be 21y old
- Pass MVR background check for insurance purposes
- Ability to safely operate a box truck or other commercial vehicles
- Physical strength and stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate delivery of goods
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Hourly rate to be determined in interview based on experience

Monthly bonus based on performance
Pay increase after introductory period based on performance.
