What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Specialist position at All-Ways Care Services?
One year of experience working with children who have emotional impairment, mental health challenges, at-risk youth and/or education in the mental health field preferred.
Your Role as Youth Specialist:
Assume a positive leadership role with your mentee.
Implement the assigned youth's Individualized Person-Centered and Crisis Plan by supporting them on their identified goals.
Have the ability to respond to crisis situations while following the assigned youth's Crisis Plan.
Communicate effectively to all assigned team members including but not limited to case manager, probation officer, family trainer, therapists and supervisor.
Maintain Flexible availability. Most available shifts occur during after school and weekends.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $20.50 per hour
