What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Care Professional position at All-Ways Care Services?
All-Ways Care Services works with children and adults with disabilities, in their homes and in the community. We maintain our cases through Macomb County Community Mental Health. Staff follow the individual's plan of service, supporting the person with their goals and objectives.
Staff Support would include working with individuals on day-to-day things, ADL's, accessing the community, hygiene and socialization, based on the consumer's abilities and interests, to be as independent and cared for as they wish.
Staff receive all necessary trainings through our agency, and trainings are paid time after 45 days from start date. There are many cases to discuss. We will keep staff close to home, so commuting is easy. Staff can work full-time or as part-time as needed to accommodate school, family, and other work schedules.
