secured cleanly. Painter’s tape used correctly so every exterior line looks like it belongs there.
We want the homeowner to walk out to their unit and immediately notice the difference between
our work and everyone else’s.

What This Role Actually Looks Like :
You’ll lead a two-person install crew (Lead Helper) on residential split systems and packaged
units throughout Volusia and Flagler County. You’ll be the standard-bearer on every job — the
one who sets the tone for how work gets done.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Full installation and start-up of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
- Fabricating and installing ductboard including custom plenums, four-piece offsets, and
- Running copper refrigerant lines cleanly; using sheet metal, silver flex, mobile-home flex,
- Applying finish work details: proper painter’s tape lines, clean equipment set lines, tidy
- Light carpentry and drywall work as needed during equipment repositioning or
- Equipment start-up, performance verification, and commissioning
- Diagnosing and correcting issues identified at start-up before leaving the job
- Walking the homeowner through their new system and discussing future
Who You Are
- You’ve been doing this for at least 3 years and you’ve developed real opinions about
- Your ductboard work is tight — you can build a plenum from scratch, measure an offset
- You carry your own tools because you’ve picked the ones you trust
- You have EPA 608 certification
- You have a clean, valid driver’s license
- You can swing a Sawzall, cut plywood, and patch drywall when a job calls for it
- Bonus: you’ve got photos of past installs you’re willing to show us — or letters of
