Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a Full-Time Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a dedicated and compassionate provider who is passionate about serving underserved communities. Spanish fluency is highly preferred to better meet the needs of our patients and families.

Responsibilities

 • Provide high-quality, evidence-based pediatric care in both well-child and sick visits

 • Conduct physical exams, developmental screenings, and preventive care

 • Diagnose and manage common pediatric conditions

 • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs

 • Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans in accordance with guidelines

 • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other staff to ensure continuity of care

 • Educate patients and families on health maintenance, wellness, and disease prevention

 • Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (EHR)

Qualifications

 • Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

 • Board Certified or Board Eligible as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

 • Active California NP license (or eligibility to obtain)

 • Current DEA license and BLS/CPR certification

 • Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience preferred (new graduates considered with strong pediatric background)

 • Spanish-speaking strongly preferred
