Full-Time | Mon–Fri 7:00am–4:30pm | Seasonal OT

The role

We're hiring an experienced installer to handle a wide range of products: gas fireplaces, wood-burning fireplaces, wood stoves, pellet stoves, electric fireplaces, and outdoor fire features (fire pits, etc.). You should have direct hearth/fireplace install experience or a strong HVAC background with the ability to learn our product lines and standards quickly.

What you'll do

• Install gas, wood, pellet, and electric fireplaces/stoves per manufacturer specs and applicable code
• Install venting/chimney systems (direct vent, Class A, pellet vent, chimney liners, terminations, etc.)
• Rough-in and trim-out work; coordinate with framing, gas, electrical, and site supervisors
• Set/secure appliances, verify clearances, seal/firestop as required, and deliver a clean finished look
• Start-up and basic troubleshooting (as applicable to fuel type), and homeowner walkthrough/education
• Install outdoor fire features (fire pits and related components) when assigned
• Protect the home/jobsite, keep work clean, and document jobs with photos/notes

What we're looking for

• 2 years installing hearth products OR strong HVAC install experience with venting/gas appliance confidence
• Ability to read manuals, plans, and follow installation specs precisely
• Professional in customers' homes and on job sites—punctual, respectful, clean
• Comfortable working on ladders/roofs and in tight spaces when needed
• Able to lift/move heavy materials (up to ~75 lbs)
• Valid driver's license safe driving habits
