Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Service Writer to join our diesel repair team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and our service department, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your mechanical knowledge, and passion for diesel repair in a fast-paced environment. Must be comfortable talking on the phone with customers, suppliers, vendors, etc.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, listen to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document service needs.
- Communicate effectively with technicians regarding vehicle diagnostics, repair procedures, and estimated completion times.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently while maintaining proper documentation.
- Answering busy multi-line phones.
Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
