We are seeking a proactive and dependable Key Holder to join our retail team. This role is essential in supporting store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a secure and organized environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and have experience in retail management and sales.
- Assist in opening and closing the store, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive shopping experiences
- Handle cash register operations including cashiering, cash handling, POS transactions, and sales processing
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards to ensure a welcoming environment for customers and staff
- Background Check Required
