Role
This is a performance-driven role where your work ethic directly controls your income. What You’ll DoAs an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of All U Need Pest Control in the community. You will:
- Approach and speak directly with homeowners
- Introduce our professional pest control solutions
- Build trust and educate customers
- Create and close service agreements
- Help families protect their homes from pests
- Prospect homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
- Deliver confident, professional sales presentations
- Customize solutions based on customer needs
- Overcome objections and close sales
- Enter activity and sales into our CRM
- Attend training, meetings, and coaching sessions
- Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
You Do Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Drive to hit goals and earn more
- Ability to work independently
- Sales or customer service experience (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with 5 years driving history
- Base salary uncapped commission
- Monthly performance bonuses
