Lead Automotive Technician / Mechanic

$35-$45 Per Flag Hour | 40 hour Guarantee | No Weekends | Health Insurance | Signing Bonus

With new local ownership, All Tune Total Car Care is investing in our people, equipment, and processes as we build a high-performing shop known for quality mechanics, honest recommendations, and earning customers' trust. You'll work directly with ownership and have the opportunity to help shape the team, culture, and direction of the shop.
What We Offer
- $35-$45 per flag hour based on experience, certifications, and ability
- Guaranteed 40 paid hours per week for first 6 months
- Monday-Friday schedule
- Health insurance, PTO, paid holidays, uniforms, and ASE reimbursement
- Signing bonus
You're a Good Fit If You
- Have 5 years of professional automotive repair experience
- Can independently diagnose and repair drivability, electrical, HVAC, and major mechanical concerns
- Take pride in quality workmanship and working as part of a team
- Own your tools and have a valid driver's license
- Hold ASE certifications (preferred) and EPA 609 certification
