About the Opportunity:
Part-Time Nursery & Greenhouse Partner
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with plants, learning new skills, and helping grow a small business.
Responsibilities
- Assist with growing and caring for ornamental plants.
- Help propagate and transplant seedlings.
- Support greenhouse and irrigation system operations.
- Harvest, prepare, and package plants for sale.
- Assist with online sales and order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
What We Grow
Our current inventory includes:
- Hundreds of Desert Roses
- Thousands of palm seedlings
- Palm trees up to 8 feet tall
- A variety of additional tropical and ornamental plants
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and reliable.
- Enjoy working outdoors and working with plants.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Able to lift and move plants as needed.
- Previous gardening, nursery, or greenhouse experience is helpful but not required.
