All Trees Considered is an owner-operated tree service specializing in technical removals, rigging, aerial lift work, and lot clearing. We're a smaller, tight-knit crew focused on safety, precision, and professional jobsite execution, not production-line tree work. We're growing and looking to add one reliable crew member who wants to grow with the company long-term.
Role Description
- Tree removals & dismantling support
- Rigging operations & rope work
- Brush dragging & processing
- Wood chipping operations
- Aerial lift ground support
- Lot clearing & site work
- Storm cleanup
- Keeping job sites clean
- Maintaining saws and equipment
- Receiving direct commands from crew members
- Ability to work in high focused high intensity situations
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Forestry and Arboriculture practices
- Expertise in Tree Identification and general knowledge of tree health and care
- Arborist Certification
- CDL (Class A)
- Proficiency in safe operation of tree care tools and equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects as part of the job
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant vocational training, certification, or educational background in forestry, arboriculture, or a related field is beneficial
Equipment You'll Work Around
- Aerial lift devices
- Vermeer wood chippers
- Mini skid steers
- Dump trucks & chip trucks
- Professional rigging systems
- Mechanical aptitude is a major plus — we maintain and operate our own equipment daily.
What We're Looking For
- Reliable & shows up ready to work
- Valid driver's license — CDL Class A or Class B
- Chainsaw experience preferred
- Comfortable around heavy equipment
- Not afraid of heights / tree work environment
- Strong work ethic over résumé
- Arborist or climbing experience is welcomed but not required.

Schedule & Pay
- Full-time opportunity
- $33 per hour plus overtime (overtime available during peak season)
- Pay based on experience & capability (CDL holders and certified arborists get higher rate)
