Duties

• Manage and execute framing tasks including woodworking, metal stud framing, trim carpentry
• Operate power tools safely to facilitate efficient construction activities
• Assist with demolition, remodeling, and site cleanup to prepare for subsequent phases of construction projects
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols by using hand tools appropriately and practicing heavy lifting techniques responsibly .Skills
• Skilled in framing carpentry (including trim carpentry), and woodworking
• Familiarity with the use of hand tools and power tools necessary for diverse construction activities
• Experience with restoration projects and remodeling processes to enhance existing structures
• Knowledge of safety standards related to heavy lifting, scaffolding, roofing, and site operations
