All Together LBA PLLC | Full-Time Position | Morning Hours
All Together LBA PLLC is seeking an enthusiastic, engaging, and dedicated ABA Therapist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)to join our growing team! This full-time position offers the opportunity to work Monday through Friday during morning and after-school hours in collaboration with experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
The ideal candidate loves working with children, enjoys play-based learning, and is passionate about helping children develop communication, social, and everyday living skills. We are looking for someone who is energetic, collaborative, and eager to learn.
At All Together LBA PLLC, we are committed to professional development and offer supervision opportunities for individuals pursuing or maintaining their RBT credentials, as well as those interested in pursuing their BCBA certification.

Responsibilities
- Engage children in reciprocal play activities both indoors and outdoors.
- Create fun, engaging learning opportunities that support language development, communication, and social skills.
- Implement individualized treatment programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Build positive, respectful, and professional relationships with parents and caregivers.
- Collect and document session data accurately in an electronic database.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members to support each child's progress.
- Maintain a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
- Participate in supervision, training, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
- Experience working with children is a plus.
- A passion for play-based learning and supporting children's development.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow treatment plans and accurately document data.
- A willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow professionally.
