Board Certified Behavior Analyst, ABA Assessment Role

Skills and Experience Necessary for this Role
- Demonstrated leadership and strong skills focused on understanding the ASD diagnostic evaluation and other contributing documents / records from the medical team and school personnel to create a seamless hand-off from Intake
- Expertise in conducting comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS) for clients
- Critical insights to synthesize assessment data resulting in an actionable initial treatment plan producing measurable outcomes, rooted in evidence-based practices
- Minimum two years of experience in report writing and designing treatment plans for home and center-based ABA services
- Clear communication, compassionate feedback to families, and strong collaborative approach with supervising BCBAs to ensure an integrated pathway for effective intervention
