What are the responsibilities and job description for the Repair Technician position at ALL-TITE ROOFING SYSTEMS INC?
Repair technician needed for roofing company. We have been in business for 40 years and have consistent clients in need of roof repair.
Candidate will be expected to work with the crew if need be and not object to directions.
The following is mandatory for consideration for this position:
1. A minimum of five years experience in roofing industry with proof.
2. Must have a valid drivers license.
3. Must be proficient in TPO, EPDM, and Modified Roofing systems.
4. Must be able to fill out paperwork in a way thats easily understood and able to be invoiced.
5. Must be detail oriented and able to perform the work in a professional manner as we have made our name by doing above average work.
6. Must be on time and flexible with hours, some days are longer than others in this industry. If working late is going to be an issue this is not the position for you.
This position is for a highly motovated individual who is looking to grow with the company. We are looking to expand and take on alot more work over the course of the next year, the right individual will have the opportunity to grow and run a crew in the future.
Showing up on time and willing to work hard are absolute necessities. We will pay competitive rates to start for the right person with the opportunity for a raise in the first 90 days if he/she shows they are capable of handling the job correctly.
