Branch: All Tile - CCS in Columbus, OH
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm

Essential Functions
Customer Service
- Greet and assist walk-in customers.
- Provide product information, recommendations, and solutions based on customer needs.
- Direct customers to appropriate products and displays.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails regarding products, pricing, and order information.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Support sales representatives, customer care, and other departments as needed.
- Process sales orders and quotes.
- Follow OSHA and company safety regulations.
- Use proper lifting techniques and material handling procedures.
- Maintain showroom displays, product samples, and merchandising standards.
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned or required.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Degree.
- 0-1 year of customer service, sales, and/or showroom experience.
- Experience working with Point of Sales systems (POS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and reading comprehension skills.
- Frequent bending, lifting, kneeling, and reaching.
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds independently and heavier items with assistance.
- Legally permitted to work in the United States.
