All Things Metal is hiring experienced Journeyman Ironworkers to join our growing team in Arizona. This is not a temp job — we offer consistent 40 hour weeks, local projects only, and no per diem.

What You’ll Do- Erect structural steel per OSHA & AISC standards
- Raise, align, and connect beams, columns, and assemblies
- Read and interpret erection/shop drawings
- Bolt-up, weld (3G & 4G SMAW), and fabricate in the field
- Install stairs, guardrails, and grab rails
- Mentor apprentices and lead small crews
- Use benchmarks and gridlines for layout
- Maintain safety and quality standards
- Rigging & signaling experience
- OSHA 10 Certification (not required, but is a plus!)
- Proficiency with aerial platforms, forklifts, and hand tools
- Strong understanding of commercial construction
- Comfortable working at heights
- Welding certifications (maintained)
- Leadership and mentoring skills
