Location: Byron, GA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with every other weekend required
Hours: Approximately 24–35 hours per week
Accommodate Medical Staffing & Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to provide quality one-on-one care to clients in Byron, GA.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and maintaining a safe environment
- Provide medication reminders (no medication administration)
- Perform light housekeeping and household tasks
- Prepare simple meals and assist with nutrition as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the care team
Qualifications
- Previous PCA or caregiving experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Must successfully pass a background screening
