We are seeking a skilled and motivated Stone Mason / Landscape Construction professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality stone masonry and landscape construction projects, transforming outdoor spaces into stunning, durable works of art. Your expertise will help bring clients’ visions to life through meticulous craftsmanship, precise installation, and innovative design interpretation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that combine artistry with technical precision, ensuring safety and excellence at every step.

Duties

• Interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute stone masonry and landscape features.
• Prepare and install various building materials including stone, brick, concrete blocks, Large Plantings and other hardscape elements with precision and attention to detail.
• Perform concrete finishing, forming, and masonry work to create durable structures such as walls, patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Install rebar reinforcement and execute mortar work to ensure structural integrity of all masonry components.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Read and interpret construction specifications and schematics to meet project requirements accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the worksite, manage materials efficiently, and ensure compliance with safety standards throughout all phases of construction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in stone masonry, concrete finishing, bricklaying, or related construction fields with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Skilled in rebar installation, concrete forming, plastering, tile laying, roofing, drywall installation.
• Assist with other landscaping duties and projects as needed.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques and practices is madatory.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
• Familiarity with building material installation including mortar work and masonry scaffold building.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment safely and efficiently on active construction sites.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and adherence to OSHA standards or relevant local regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical schematics and adapt plans as needed during project execution.
• Construction site experience with a focus on renovation projects is highly desirable.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and experience driving a Truck/Trailer.

Pay: $26.45 - $31.85 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
