What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caretaker position at All The Jewells, LLC?
You will be stationed at the Kingman, AZ Amtrak station and provide passengers with up to date train schedules and provide some janitorial services.
Duties: Unlock Doors @ 10:30PM, 1 hour prior to scheduled arrival of Train 3 , answer passenger questions and provide train schedules, clean the lobby and bathrooms, journal any unusual occurrences, clean up any spills and spray sanitizer as needed, Lock up after actual departure both trains. Caretaker will meet a train to receive the supplies or provide shipping address if local. Will provide janitorial services to both sides of the facility (Amtrak Passenger Lobby and Amtrak Crew Room) As needed, clean areas around entry doors and walkways to/from station, parking lot and platform. Report defects or maintenance issues with the building or building systems.
*Seasonally there may be some need to shovel snow so that there is a pathway to the platform.
*Late trains may change the standard hours.
*May need to meet service providers for scheduled or emergency services
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
